The German Youth Hostel Association was founded in 1909 with the mission to provide venues for providing space for peaceful and community-building encounters for people from all over the world.
Today the German Youth Hostel Association consists of 14 state associations – one of them is the DJH Landesverband Rheinland e.V (German Youth Hostel Association Rhineland), a non-profit association of 33 hostels, based in Düsseldorf
DJH City-Hostels is part of the German Youth Hostel Association Rhineland and provides superior budget accommodations in the cities of Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Bonn, Cologne, and the Rhineland region to individuals, groups, and families for business and leisure travel.
